Our service for your charter vacation

If you do not have the clients access please send an E-Mail to mallorca@sailactive.com.
If you want to take advantage of a provisioning service, please contact us (Mallorca@sailactive.com). Everything will be delivered to the yacht upon arrival.
Sailing within the national park of Cabrera needs a special permission requested in advance via your charter company. Please contact us on mallorca@sailactive.com in order to apply for a permission. We charge EUR 15,- for this service.
We highly recommend for your own safety a Charter Deposit Insurance or Skipper insurance. Charter insurance can be completed with one of our insurance partner agencies:

Damage waiver: Alternatively we offer the damage waiver for a monohull of EUR 200,- and for a catamaran of EUR 350,-. The deposit will be reduced to EUR 500,-.
If you have booked the complete laundry-service (20 € p. person) in advance, your beds will be finished for you. The set is completed with two towels per person as well as a wipe and a dishcloth.
